The Dillos completed preseason this past week with a scrimmage. The JV scrimmaged Brady and the Varsity scrimmaged the Buffaloes from Cross Plains. Both scrimmages went really well.

The intensity and physicality of our team stood out to me. We still have things to work on such as blown assignments and penalties.

Thanks to everyone who came out for the scrimmages and Meet the Dillos. A big thanks to all who brought towels and shampoo.

This week we kick off the season with the Bearcats from DeLeon. The JV will play Thursday at 6:00 p.m. in DeLeon while the Varsity will play at Rogan Field at 7:30 p.m.

DeLeon returns six starters on offense and seven on defense from an 11-1 Bi-District Team. We’re looking forward to the challenge and hope for a big crowd and a
