Cottage 4 at Cherokee Home for Children spent last Monday in San Antonio. While there one of the things they did was go to Sea World.

Michelle, Matt and Megan Murray spent several weeks in San Antonio, Texas. Michael joined them for a few days and took Matt to Sea World.

Danny and Janiece Duggan and Tommy, Kaci, Talli and Tori Morrison went to a family reunion in Winters, Texas.

Payton Suggs spent the week with Doug and Cyndi Suggs. They took him to Sea World.

Kayla Davis left for Lubbock Christian University last Tuesday.

Franklin and Sandra Crain visited in Marble Falls Sunday afternoon with Franklin’s sister, Cora Nell Hedrick.

The Church of Christ is offering the Financial Peace University Class again. It will begin August 24, 2009. If you are interested, please let Doug Suggs know.

Talli and Tori Morrison spent some time visiting Lauren Jesko and her family in Early over the weekend. Fun was had by all.

The Cherokee ISD employees were treated to a Steak Luncheon Monday. Many friends from the community donated the food and prepared the wonderful meal.

Jim and Melody Ball and Nettie Jean Randolph were in Lampasas this last weekend helping Sid, Kristi and Girls move into their new home.

Jerry Randolph treated his Sunday School class to an end of the Summer Swimning and Pizza Party. The party was held at the home of Marsha and Larry Mckneely.
