Rusty and Tiffanie Wright of Odessa are proud to announce the birth of their first child, Lillian Ruby, born at Medical Center Hospital in Odessa on July14, 2009. She weighed in at 7 lbs. 4 oz. and is 19 3/4 inches long. Maternal grandparents are Phil and Gay Gagner of Tucson, Az.; and Mick Mobley of Odessa. Paternal grandparents are Terry and Peggy Wright, also of Odessa. Great-grandparents include Sam Deutsch, Jack Edwards, and Christine Mobley, all of Odessa, and the late Charley and Jerrie Startz of San Saba.
