The San Saba Garden Club Yard of the Month for July is at 401 North 9th St., owned by Jimmie and Adriane Shahan. Jimmie has lived in the house all his life. There is a lot going on in the yard. There are Begonias, Wisteria, Mexican heather, Geraniums, Lantana, Rose bushes, Caladiums, Hollykock, Nandina, Hibiscus, Egyptian Star flowers, and more. Three big, big, pecan trees and a twenty-foot Pink Crepe Myrtle provide shade and beautify the yard.
