The annual Oliver reunion was held on June 13th and 14th, 2009. There were 75 family and friends in attendance for the Saturday fish fry prepared by Marlis Oliver and crew. The Harmony Ridge Cemetery Association had their annual meeting and voted to seek the historical designation of Harmony Ridge Cemetery and the Oliver Cemetery in Williamson County.

On Sunday morning Scotty Oliver led the family in praise and worship. Vice-President Annabell Duncan shared a message with the congregation based on Psalm 118. At the business meeting Mary Ann Oliver handed out Children of the Republic of Texas Certificates to all of Scotty Oliver's grandchildren.

Following the devotional and business meeting 110 folks enjoyed barbecue prepared by Marlis.
