John 1:4 & 5 "In Him was life; and the life was the light of men. And the light shineth in darkness: and the darkness comprehended it not."

The greatest need in today's troubled world is the ability to know how to live by the Light that clearly shows God's ways and desire for people to live. God's love gave that light, even though it cost the life of His precious Son Jesus. It is a known fact that light is always stronger than any darkness. If a light is shined, the darkness immediately disappears. If people can see Jesus as the God given Light that will erase the spiritual darkness from this earthly life, they will immediately find the peace and freedom God wants to bless them with. It can give more than just peace and freedom; it will also give wisdom and spiritual strength. If you are plagued with trouble and indecision; seek that light: to bring a coveted peace and eternal life. It is easy to posses, just find Jesus and you have it. It is so sad and so serious that so much of the entire world is not comprehending the Light that cost God so much to give. Jesus knew His future would be painful, but still prayed: "Not My will but thine be done to God." Do you feel you have enough faith to pray that prayer? The crucifixion of Jesus was God's plan to show all people how to live this earthly life. God was trying to give us a pattern for this life and be a perfect example for a living that could transform us into an eternal life in heaven. The Bible teaches flesh and blood cannot enter the Kingdom of God; that should let us understand we need to know how God wants us to live this earthly life and let nothing prevent us from finding it. Jesus is the answer, and if we use Him as our pattern and example to live, the Holy Spirit of God will write our name in the Lamb's book of life and we will feel a strong assurance that the coveted life in heaven will be in our future.

The same apostle, John, who wrote the above text had more to say about Jesus being the Light while teaching a group who had already accepted Christ as a pattern for living their future. It is found in 1 JOHN 2:8-11 "Again a new commandment I write unto you, which thing is true in Him and in you: because the darkness is past, and the true Light now shineth. He that saith he is in the Light, and hateth his brother, is in darkness even until now. He that loveth his brother abideth in the Light, and there is none occasion of stumbling in him. But he that hateth his brother is in darkness and walketh in darkness and knoweth not whither he goeth, because that darkness has blindeth his eyes.

We are living in the latter days and the greatly feared tribulation has already started. It is time to wake up and seek enough Biblical knowledge to make wise decisions. That is something that should not be postponed, but sought with vigor and sincerity. The Bible gives all the right answers. It may show the future to be unwanted and scary, but don't procrastinate. It is the most important decision you can make. Please do it. It is going to happen just like your Bible shows. There is a lot of trouble in the world and it is going to progress rapidly to be worse and worse.
