Darlene Gibbons Farnsworth, 75, of Atlanta Georgia, passed away Saturday, February 9, 2008 in Atlanta. Darlene was born and raised in Richland Springs and Brownwood, Texas. She was the daughter of Anne Miller Beck and James Harold Gibbons; the great granddaughter of W.H. (“Uncle Billy”) Gibbons; and the stepdaughter of the late A.J. (“Joe”) Beck.

Darlene is survived by one son, Dave Farnsworth, of Pittsburgh Pennsylvania;and one daughter, Pamela Withrow, of Atlanta, Georgia. She is also blessed with five beautiful grandchildren: Zac and Morgan Withrow; and Will, Polly, and Wellsy Farnsworth.

A small graveside memorial service will be held Saturday, March 8, 2008 at 5:30 p.m. at the Richland Springs Cemetery.
