Winners of LCRA & SSSWCD Poster Contest announced - School & Sports - San Saba News & Star

Fourth grade students of Richland Springs and San Saba ISD recently participated in a poster contest, "Dig It! The Secrets of Soil", sponsored by LCRA and the San Saba Soil and Water Conservation District #250. A total of 52 posters were received. Winners from RSISD were: first place, Emilee Rogers; second place, Jordan Gossett; and third place, Traven Day. Winners from SSISD were: first place, Shayna Belle Underwood; second place, Brooke Nagel; and third place, Peyton Sloan. Each of the winners received a trophy and a cash award.
