Storms bring more than rain – San Saba Volunteer Fire Department responded to this shed fire in the 300 block of South Live Oak the morning of Monday, the 27th. The storms that passed through the city that morning included abundant lightning. It is believed lightning struck near the shed causing this fire. The fire was quickly extinguished with some damage to the the building and contents.
