The San Saba High School Cheerleaders and Drill Team joined forces on Saturday April 18 to help raise money for the Run Through Tunnel. The Hamburger Sale was located at Super S and was a great success. They earned close to $1900.00 at this event. The students involved did all the planning and organizing for this sale with minimal help from the sponsors. They did a fantastic job and learned quite a bit about what it takes to organize such an event. The girls would like to thank Super S for their generosity and support during the event. They would also like to thank the local businesses for their support and donations as well as community members who came together to make this a successful event. Most of the school organizations are coming together to raise the money for the Run Through Tunnel. We are now one step closer to our goal of $8,000. As of Monday the total amount raised is around $5900.00. Thanks to everyone for your support!
