The “Great 8” scored 68 points and finished fourth overall at the District Track Meet. The girls for their numbers did a great job. We’re pretty young and hopefully our 8th grade class will stay with track and we could be pretty salty for years to come. We’ve got a good nucleus to build around. All the track girls were a joy to coach, they worked hard all year, never complained and competed well all year!! We had five girls qualify for Regionals which will be in Odessa. This Friday we will run at a Regional Qualifiers meet which will be in Fredericksburg.
