Don and Barbara Fowler of Richland Springs announce the engagement and approaching marriage of their daughter Jessica Elaine to William Wright of Menard, son of Jim and Dora Wright. Jessica is the granddaughter of Marie Vinklarek of Cistern, Texas. Willy is the grandson of Carl and Carolyn Kothmann and Jean Wright all of Menard. Jessica graduated in 2006 from Richland Springs High School. She is attending Texas A&M University in College Station and plans to graduate in May with a degree in Accounting. Willy graduated from Menard High School in 2005 and has attended Texas A&M University. A June 27th wedding is planned at Saints Cyril & Methodius Catholic Church in Cistern, Texas.
