On Thursday, April 9th at 11a.m. family, friends, students and school officials met at the Armadillo Arena to witness Calea Turner making her college choice.

Calea signed a two-year full scholarship for Basketball to Western Texas College, in Snyder, Texas. Making comments were Coach Taylor and Athletic Director Jeff Pannell. Mr. Pannel read a statement by Shay Hardy, Calea’s Little Dribbler’s Coach. Calea’s mother, Jennifer Saiz and her six brother’s, Chase, Kelan, Carter, Kaydyn, Tegen and Corey were among the family members present. Refreshments were enjoyed by all as they congratulated the Senior at San Saba High School.
