Brister appointed to SS Soil & Water Conservation Board - Farm & Ranch - San Saba News & Star

Effective January 15, 2009, Mr. Jackie Brister of Bend, was appointed to represent subdivision 5 of the San Saba Soil and Water Conservation Board #250. He fills the unexpired term of Alan Dale Brown. The SWCB #250 headquarters is located in San Saba.

Mr. Brister operates a livestock and pecan production on his farm and ranch. He also operates a camp ground and RV park and custom pecan harvesting operation.

Mr. Brister is a current member of the San Saba Chamber of Commerce.
