Jason Nix is shown being congratulated by his brother, a Master at Arms Chief, upon graduation from the Great Lakes Navy Training Center. Jason, like his brother, is the family’s third generation to proudly serve with the U.S. Navy.

During training, Jason received his unit’s Bravo Zulu and marksmanship awards.

Jason is presently completing Specialty Logistics Training in Meridian, Mississippi after which he will receive orders to join the Fleet.

Jason is a 2007 graduate of San Saba High School. He and his wife, Ami are looking forward to their first duty station.
