SSHS One Act Play competed in District competition in Bangs on Saturday March 28, 2009. The group was named as one of the two advancing plays from our district. They will travel to Howard College in Big Spring for Area competition on April 7th. The group did an outstanding job competing against a set of really good plays. Individual honors went to Josh Trujillo for Tech Award, Tyler Lackey received Honorable Mention All-Star Cast, and both Courtney Pryor and Morgan Mixon received All Star Cast honors. However, it is the work of the entire cast and crew and their dedication as a group that takes them to the next step. Break A Leg!
