Joel and Betty Ratliff are proud to announce the birth of their son Patrick D’Wayne Ratliff on February 21, 2009 at 3:02 p.m. He weighed 8lb. 10 oz. and was 21 inches long. He was welcomed home by his proud big brother and sister, Garrett Dean, and Erin Shandale Ratliff.

Paternal grandparents are Bobby and Pat Ratliff of Llano. Maternal grandparents are Connie Lynn, and the late Dale Perry of Cherokee.
