On a fairly hot day, for the first time, San Saba fielded a team which was in Varsity Girls. Result being a first place finish with three of teams beaten being the district teams of Early, Bangs and Coleman. San Saba took ten runners to Goldthwaite with nine bringing back medals and the other being a part of the Varsity Girls victorious team. Medal winners were: 1st-Diego Gonzales; 2nd-Payton Tatsch and Jose Vega; Third-Yesenia Saldivar and Kyle Anderson; Fifth-Whitney Key; Sixth-Taylor Duffy; Seventh-Candace McKinney; Ninth-Kathy Wiese.
