Rosemary Soto graduates from ASU

Angelo State University conferred 370 bachelor’s and master’s degrees upon 364 graduates during 2008 Fall commencement exercises December 13 in San Angelo, Texas. Receiving a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Psychology was Rosemary Soto of Richland Springs.

Rosemary graduated Magna Cum Laude and was a member of Alpha Chi, the national honor society that recognizes the Top 10% of junior and senior classes. While attending Angelo State, Rosemary was active in Psi Chi; the national honor society for Psychology, Sigma Tau Delta; the national honor society for English, Alpha Chi, and she was recognized as one of the top five students in Psychology when she was nominated for the 2008 Student of the Year in Psychology. She is also a member of the National Society of Collegiate Scholars.

Rosemary is the daughter of Joey and Estella Soto of Richland Springs. She is the granddaughter of Joe A. and Pauline Perez of San Saba, Bobby Soto of Richland Springs, and the late Mary Soto.
