Receipts totaled 2906 head for the week. The demand was good and the market was active on a choice offering of cattle. After the last 2 weeks of sharp increases, the market was steady on all stocker and feeder cattle except for heifers which sold $2-$3 higher. Packer cows and bulls all sold steady with last weeks higher prices.
