On Saturday, the San Saba High School Power lifting team competed in the Dublin meet. The team increased in numbers and increased in weight totals from the Brownwood and DeLeon meets, thus showing great improvement.

The San Saba Boys team finished 5th out of 25 teams and we finished above most 2A schools in the meet and in front of most of our district opponents. Most weight classes had at least 30 lifters or more in their weight classes. This meet was a highly competitive meet and our lifters should be congratulated on their performances.

The Dillo lifters are continually working harder and bettering their totals each and every week and we are extremely proud of their performances. We look forward to seeing their improvements on February 14th in the Brady Power lifting meet.
