San Saba County Chamber of Commerce hosted Texas Hunters for Heroes last month and proudly supports their efforts; below are their goals and objectives.

1. We are dedicated to assisting the wounded veterans of our country's military by introducing them to the joys of hunting.

2. Our goal is to show them respect, honor, compassion, and above all, love for our fellow man through fellowship and the excitement we hunters share each time we go hunting. Through this, we hope to assist in their rehabilitation and reintegration into civilian life.

3. With the help and support of others, we will do our best to contribute to their well-being and provide them the hunt of a lifetime.

The organization is so new and still setting up operations, our 2013 hunting schedule is currently in the process of being finalized.

If you would like to offer these veterans a place to hunt, all of their personal needs will be taken care of by staff who will personally accompany each hunter.

Each and every individual donor makes an impact and allows us to better serve our nation's wounded veterans. It is through your donations and the generosity of our corporate sponsors that allows us to give back to these young men and women who have given so much for our country.
