Search for the Stars & Talent America Preliminary to Benefit American Cancer Society

The San Saba Relay for Life Team, Performance Talent, will be staging, for the second year, a Search for the Stars Competition & Talent America Preliminary to benefit the American Cancer Society. The event will be held at the San Saba Civic Center on Saturday, April 6, 2013. The contest will begin at 6p.m. and concessions will be available. The cost of admissions is $5 for adults and $3 for students. There is no charge for children under school age.

The competition is open to all ages both male and female. All types of talent including a modeling event will be offered.

Entry forms may be picked up at the Performance Studio, 111 East Wallace, or email performancetalent@yahoo.com. The deadline for entries will be March 25, 2013.

The prizes include medals, trophies, and bids to attend the national finals for Talent America in Stamford, CT in July. Last Year's competition was a hugh success and great fun for the contestants and the audience. Thanks to the support, the performance team was able to make a nice contribution to the American Cancer Society.
