Come one come all to see the worlds craziest Sport! Wilder than a Rodeo, funnier than a circus, It’s Donkey Basketball! This Super Bowl extravaganza will be held in the White Gym at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday Janurary 31st.

Sponsored by the Academic Booster Club, the first game will be played between the Freshman/Junior team and the Teacher /Faculty team. Game two is between the Sophomore/Senior team and the Community Members team. Each team can have their own cheerleaders and dance team! Teams are being formed now so join one or nominate someone today by calling Celia Bell @ 372-5928!

Winners of those two matches compete for the Super Bowl of San Saba bragging rights. This event will last approximately 1 ½ hours and promises to be a night to remember. Come out and watch someone you know play basketball and ride a donkey at the same time. Specially selected referees. Coaches and announcers will add their insight and humor as well.

Real live donkeys specially selected for Donkey Basketball will be used for this fantastic show presented by The Academic Booster Club. See “Buckmaster” the world famous comedy donkey! 500 pounds of pure dynamite! Rough and tough and never been ridden.

Advance tickets $6.00 each, or $8.00 at the door game night, preschoolers are free! Tickets are available at the high school office or by calling Celia Bell at 372-5928. Seating is limited so get yours early.

Come hungry the concession stand will be open, serving the world famous Louis Garza hamburgers with all the trimmings, and other goodies.
