The San Saba 4-H Club chose for their One Day 4-H Project to make rice bags for the nursing home residents. Each 4-H’er brought some rice to the October club meeting. The rice was placed in tube socks and then placed in a case and tied. Marissa Coffman-Spence and Charlotte Spence assisted with sewing the sock shut and making the tube. The group made 15 rice bags.
