The Homeschoolers spent an enjoyable morning with James and Linda Brozo of the newly opened San Saba Olive Oil Company. The kids learned about the process that gives us their great product, some interesting trivia on the olive tree and other uses for the by product produced during the olive oil making process. The kids were allowed to sample the variety of oils and vinegars available in their store just as you can too. With the Brozo’s knowledge and easy going personality, they are certainly a nice addition to the community and make for an enjoyable visit of learning and tasting. Thanks again for a great morning!
