The 1953 San Saba High School graduating class gathered at Leaning Bluff Lodge at Barefoot Camp Saturday, April 14. Some of the class members were ill and could not come. Those attending were Bonnie Nance Tilton and Lawrence, Sue & Robert Broyles, Bill & Joann Hardy, Tony Kirk,Vondene Wilder & daughter Janice, Patsy Ribb & granddaughter Brandy & her children Alan & Claire, Robert & Judy Daniel, Joycelyn Brown McDonald & Jackie & Charlene Brister. Jackie grilled steaks & chicken and everyone brought side dishes to go with it. A great time was had by all. Plans began for the 60th next year at the same place.
