For the past several years, San Saba FCCLA has attended

the Fall Leadership Training in Coleman. This year only those who were new to FCCLA went with Mrs. Rogers,local adviser, to learn more about FCCLA and how they can become more involved.

Students listened to a speaker on the importance of being involved, staying involved and

reaching goals. They also had the opportunity to meet with State and Local officers that shared with them the many ways they can make a difference in our own community. Students heard a STAR Event presentation, played games, and ate pizza.

Students returned to San Saba fired up to start on their own STAR Event presentation to prepare for regional competition which will be the first week in March held in Abilene, Texas this year.
