Cherokee Volunteer Fire Department Quilt Raffle - Maureen Johnson (left) and Carolyn Perry are shown above with the queen-size quilt made by the Cherokee Quilters group. The raffle will be held September 10th at the Annual Cherokee VFD Fish Fry and BBQ at 6:30 at the fire hall. Tickets are available at Arrowhead Bank where the quilt is on display and also at Sue's Grocery in Cherokee. All proceeds will go to the Cherokee VFD.
