San Saba Regional Qualifiers - San Saba had 11 tracksters qualify for regionals at the district track meet in Hico on April 13 and 14th. Hector Paez won the 1600 meters and got 2nd in the 3200 meters; Wil Sloan placed 3rd in shot put; Celestino Aguirre placed 3rd in triple jump; Luis Vega placed 2nd in the triple jump; Danessa Vasquez won the 3200 meters and placed 2nd in the 1600 meters; Haylee Oliver won high jump and placed 2nd in pole vault; Zack Davis (not pictured) placed 1st in the 100 meters; Jennifer Anaya placed 2nd in the 200 meters and 3rd in the 100 meters; Our Ladies 1600 meter relay consisting of Jennifer Anaya, Kayla Kutin, Mikayla Cisneroz and Carman Paredes placed 3rd. The regional track meet will be held in Odessa, TX on May 2nd and 3rd, 2011.
