San Saba Boy Scout Troop #55 attends Tarleton State Univerisity Baseball game - Pictured above is Chris Brown, with San Saba Troop #55, Boy Scouts of America, throwing out the first pitch at the Tarleton Texans v. Incarnate Word Cardinals college baseball game on Saturday, February 19th in Stephenville, Texas. The Troop won the honor in an area-wide Boy Scout drawing. Troop #55 Scouts were in Stephenville working on their merit badges on that same day. Among the group were Randal Hawkins, Scoutmaster; Brian Roger (Life Scout), Tanner Coursey (Star Scout), Michael Miller (First Class Scout), and Chris Brown (Tenderfoot). Chris Brown attends San Saba Middle School and is the son of Mr. & Mrs. Danny Brown and the grandson of Mr. & Mrs. John Brown.
