Matthew 24:21-22 "For then shall be great tribulation, since as was not since the beginning of the world to this time, no, nor ever shall be. And except those days should be shortened; there should no flesh be saved."

Summertime is warm sunny weather, relaxing vacations, fun times with the kids and of course plenty of fruits and vegetables. Fruits and vegetables contain vitamins, minerals and fiber needed for good health. The nutrients in fruits and vegetables give you the power to fight and prevent disease and maintain or achieve a health weight.
The Dietary Guidelines for Americans recommend an average individual consume two cups of fruit and two and a half cups of vegetables every day.

Peace, a novel, Richard Bausch
Italy, near Cassino. The terrible winter of 1944. A dismal, icy rain continuing unabated for days. The fishing has slowed because of the heat, but some catches of catfish are still being brought in.
The lack of the fish biting hasn’t slowed down people coming to the fishing camps and visiting the Colorado State park as every weekend the traffic, campers, boats and all sorts of recreation vehicles are seen going down the road to the recreation spots.
