It came down slow enough to have time to soak into the ground with very little run off. Condolences go out to the family of Fran Hulgan who recently suffered the loss of her father who was killed in a car accident. The rain didn’t prevent the Simmons family reunion that has been held over the Labor Day holiday for a number of years.
