“If the thought of killing or injuring others on the road while you’re driving drunk is not enough to make you drive sober, just remember that our troopers will be looking to arrest you,” said Col.

We are happy to report a good rain for this past weekend. The neighbors out at Elm Grove registered 2.5 inches over the weekend.
I hope we received that much at our place because we sure could use it. We are still in need of running water. We received 3.1 inches in June compared to 9.6 last year.

Depending on where you work, this has been a great week! Even if you do work outside, it felt as if it was a little cooler; why, I don’t know, it just did.
Saturday, we had 3/10 inches of rain. It was not expected, not even much by way of inches, but very appreciated.

It pictures a woman escaping the chains of tyranny and at her feet lie broken chains. In her right hand is a torch held high to symbolize liberty and in her left hand is a tablet with the inscription - July 4, 1776.
