This is the name of new show that has been advertised on television. Do you remember the days when you were at school and there was an argument about whose dad was the best? Someone might say, “My dad is smarter than your dad.” And the comeback would be, “No he’s not!

We had .7 inch of rain for February and another .9 Sunday night, bringing our years total to 2.1 inches compared to 3.9 at this time last year. We now have entered our windy month of the year. The wind was out of the south on March 1st. There is an old saying that if the wind is out of the north on March 1st, it will be a bad year for crops.

Well March came in like a lamb and if the old saying “Comes in like a lamb will go out like a Lion” holds true we are going to have a wild March. A good indication was shown to us Monday morning around 3:00 a.m.. The wind hit with a tremendous force, but it did bring some rain along with it.

The small building was on the main street and had been abandoned for years. One day as I passed by I noticed an old man painting the building. Later on it had windows, a door and a sign that said, “Donut Shop“. On my next trip to that town I decided to stop in and see what was going on.

It is almost crisis time for many crops. We are definitely having a dry start to our year! Working on the in like a lion out like a lamb, April should come in quietly, since March is blowing half the country away!

Myspace, Facebook, Youtube and other social networking sites have become a way of communicating for our kiddos. These types of social networking sites and others like them put a whole new meaning to the phrase, “Don’t Talk To Strangers”. One thing that our teens do not think about is the consequence associated with posting a photograph on the Internet.
