News From Cherokee ISD

By Kari Owen

It was a busy weekend here in Cherokee with a basketball tournament taking place on our court. Many people band together to make this event a success each year. We thank Keith Davis for overseeing the cooking for the weekend. We thank Kristy Perry for coordinating our hospitality room. We always want our guests to feel welcomed with full bellies! We would also like to thank Kaci and Tommy Morrison for being in charge of basketball concessions. We are grateful to everyone who brought food for the concession stand and/or the hospitality room. There are numerous other people to thank because we have such a supportive community! We couldn’t do it without each and every one of you!
