Margaret Ann was a long time member of Tarrytown United Methodist Church in Austin. In 1984, they moved to their ranch in San Saba, Texas where they enjoyed many years of ranching, making new friends and creating fond memories. While living in San Saba, Margaret Ann was a member of New Hope Presbyterian Church. Margaret Ann continued to live in San Saba until 2005 when she moved back to Austin. Margaret Ann was a fabulous cook and she thoroughly  enjoyed cooking for friends and family alike. She was an avid reader and liked to stay current on all news events. She loved her family dearly and they will continue to be reminded of her love for years to come. Margaret Ann is survived by her  three daughters: Mary Savage of Austin; Celia Bell and her husband, Bud, of San Saba; and Louis Tate and her husband, Chris of Highland Haven. She is also survived by her three grandchildren: Brandon Tate, Rachel Savage, and Jantzen Bell. Each of her grandchildren had chosen a special name for her. Whether it was Grandma, Gram or Bapa, she answered to all three with love. Her parents, husband and grandson, Reece Bell, preceded Margaret Ann in death. The family would like to thank all of the individuals who cared for Margaret Ann during these last few years. There were many people involved including the staff at Emeritus at Spicewood Springs Skilled Nursing Center; Heart to Heart Hospice and Nurses Unlimited. Their professionalism and compassionate care was invaluable and we thank them for all they did. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the San Saba EMS or a charity of choice. Over the last few years, Mom faced each and every day with grace, courage, wit and dignity and continued to maintain her strong faith. We love you Mom and will keep you in our hearts forever.
