Regina Michelle Kemmitz, 42, of Lubbock, Texas, formally from San Saba County, Texas, passed away on Thursday January 9, 2014 in Lubbock, Texas. She was born on December 13, 1971 in Angleton, Texas to her father
David Kemmitz and mother Connie DeCluitt. Regina lived her life to the fullest, and wanted to share her love for it with everybody. She had many past times which she enjoyed doing. Some of her favorite past times include spending time with her pets, going crabbing with her family, and playing “Candy Crush.” Regina had a very caring heart and dedicated most of her time to home health agencies and going above and beyond for her loved ones. Regina is survived by her two sons, David Veitch and girlfriend, Deeanna Stewart of Brownwood, Texas and Andrew Michael Kemmitz of Kerrville, Texas; Joe Lumbrera, a lifelong companion of Lubbock, Texas; two step grandchildren, Chloe and Evan Williams; one brother, Curtis Kemmitz of Wisconsin; and five sisters, Debra Ann Bradshaw ofMidland, Texas, Dena Macon of Nederland, Texas, Gracie Kemmitz of Midland, Texas, Crystal Kemmitz of Austin,  Texas, Linda Moore of Port Arthur, Texas; and some very special cousins. She is preceded in death by her parents, David Kemmitz and Connie Kemmitz, and one brother, David Kemmitz, Jr. Pallbearers: Dustin Macon, Jason Macon, John Metcalf, Juan Sanchez, Dustin May, Billy Jack Harper and Honorary pallbearer Bobby Campbell. Graveside Services will be held on Thursday January 16, 2014 at 3:00 P.M. at Cowboy Cemetery in McCulloch County, with Brother Gaylon Morris officiating. A visitation will be prior to the service from 12:00 P.M. to 2:00 P.M. at Blaylock Funeral Home in San Saba, Texas. Online condolence for the family can be made at: www.blaylock funeralhome.com.
